From the Pykthos Mastermind
Most practitioners can describe their ideal client in a sentence or two — and that is exactly the problem. Vague avatars produce vague marketing. This worksheet forces the specificity that makes a stranger read your post and think, "that's me."
Work through each section in order. The sharper your answers, the sharper your marketing gets.
The current reality your ideal client is living in, before they ever find you.
Current Reality
What's missing or lacking in their current situation that they deeply want or need?
Negative Emotions
What negative emotions define their current experience?
A Typical Day (Now)
What frustrations or challenges dominate their daily routine?
Identity (Now)
How do they currently define their role or place in life, and what negative story do they tell themselves about it?
Core Conflict
What internal conflicts or philosophical struggles keep them stuck or unfulfilled?
The traits and history behind the person, not just the problem.
Traits, Values & Beliefs
What traits, values, and beliefs define your ideal client? Go beyond demographics into psychographics — e.g. lifelong learners, driven by personal growth.
Previous Investments
What previous investments (money, time, training) have shaped their current beliefs? How do their past decisions create hesitation (sunk cost)?
The mirror image of Section 1 — their life once the missing pieces are in place.
Desired Outcome
What does their ideal situation look like once the missing pieces are in place?
Positive Emotions
What positive emotions will they feel once their desired outcome is achieved?
A Typical Day (Ideal)
What does their ideal daily routine look like once their problems are solved?
Identity (After)
How will they redefine their role or place in life after transformation, and what positive story will they tell themselves?
Core Conflict (New)
What new, empowering challenges or "high-quality problems" emerge as a result of their transformation?
The fears and objections standing between them and a yes.
Frustrations & Fears
What internal dialogues or limiting beliefs hold them back from success? What do they blame for their lack of progress?
Objections & Barriers
What concerns stop them from purchasing your product/service? What misconceptions might they have about your solution?
The drivers that actually get someone to say yes.
Key Purchase Drivers
What specific outcomes do they expect from your product/service? What would make your offer compelling enough to act now? What happens if they don't act soon?
Wants & Aspirations
What ultimate transformation do they desire? How do they want to feel after using your solution? What is their aspirational identity?
Social Proof & Trust
What evidence or testimonials will prove your product/service works? What sources of authority or credibility do they trust?
