From the Pykthos Mastermind
If you are pricing your services by looking at what others in your area charge, the problem is not the number. It is the unit. This worksheet helps you rebuild your offer around the transformation you deliver, so you can charge what the work is worth and say the price with confidence.
Work through all three exercises in order. Each one builds on the last.
Stop selling sessions. Start selling an outcome. Define it in one sentence so clearly that a stranger could repeat it back to you.
Who do you serve?
e.g. hypnotherapists who are certified but cannot fill their calendar
What is the specific problem you solve best?
e.g. they have the skills but no system for getting consistent clients
What is the outcome they get?
e.g. a full client roster and a repeatable process that brings in new clients every month
Your one-sentence offer
Fill in the blanks below to build your core positioning statement.

A package has a shape. Sessions do not. Define the structure so your offer has a beginning, a middle, and a clear end.
How many sessions or calls is your program?
e.g. 8 sessions
Over what timeframe?
e.g. 8 weeks, one session per week
What happens between sessions? (support, check-ins, resources)
e.g. voice-note support via Telegram, one written summary per session
What is included? (list everything)
e.g. intake form, session recordings, a custom protocol document, access to the Simple Machine platform
What does “done” look like? The moment they know they got the result.
e.g. they have booked at least 3 paying clients through the system and can see a repeatable conversion ratio
Your package name
Give the package a name that describes the transformation, not the method.
e.g. The Full Practice Accelerator, The Client-Getting System, The Clarity-to-Clients Program
Your price should reflect the value of the transformation, not the hours you spend. Use the steps below to find a number you can say out loud with confidence.
Step 1: What is this transformation worth to your client?
Think about what they would pay a specialist, a doctor, a mentor, or a coach to get this same result. Be honest.
Estimated value of this transformation to the client
Step 2: Price a fair fraction of that value.
Most packages are priced at 10 to 20% of the total transformation value. Lower is not more ethical. It is just undercharging.
Your package investment (10 to 20% of the transformation value above)
Step 3: Check the math.
Package investment divided by number of sessions = effective session rate
Use this template when someone asks “what do you charge?” Fill in the blanks, then practice saying it out loud three times before your next call.
